Throughout the tour you will sail through the annals of time, hear stories of some of the first humans to inhabit Ireland, Iron age Forts, Early Christian settlements, Vikings, Normans, Pirates  slaves, shipwrecks, and the infamous Oliver Cromwell, all the while taking in the magnificent scenery and the many significant sites from the medieval Hook Lighthouse to the modern day Great Island Power Station.


The principle offering of Waterford Estuary Heritage Boat Tours will be a tour of approximately 1.5-2 hours in length with the main access point being Ballyhack Quay. There are three regular tours available to book. These are the Duncannon Fort Tour, The Lighthouse Tour and The Barrow Tour.
